This e-book on yoga for college students, entitled Yoga U: The College Student’s Tools for Balanced Living is truly a combination of everything I have learned and taught about yoga – the practice, the theory, the philosophy, the lifestyle. In it, illustrator and dear friend Julia Drachman and I feature yoga sequences you can do on your own, “yoga party tricks,” breakdowns of advanced poses and breathing exercises, as well as simple poses you can do during study breaks in the library. I created this e-book the summer after my sophomore year of college and while it began as a book on yoga for college students, it morphed into a resource for anyone who wants to take the yoga practice into their own hands and bodies.
